Internal-Cavity PCBs
Definition
Internal Cavity PCBs are defined as those PCB’s that require an intentional void among the internal layers so that a specific area of one or more of the inner layers is not in contact with prepreg.
Applications
Applications that require a portion of the inner layer to be open for component assembly and air retention. Our customers span a wide range of industries, including: Microwave; (Military) Telecommunications; and Natural Gas Detection.
