Materials
The LED PCB industry is currently in an infancy stage. As a result, we see customers calling out materials that either do not meet their needs or can result in excessive lead times and cost.
MCPCB Materials
Saturn has researched and compiled a listing of various MCPCB raw materials so that they can be compared side by side.
SuperWhite LED Soldermask
White soldermask is often used on LED PCB designs. However, soldermask systems developed to date often tend to turn yellow or brown after PCB fabrication and assembly. Find out new soldermasks that have been developed and tested by Saturn that will allow your product to be bright white throughout it's life in the field.
