Saturn increased quality control capacity by alleviating Engineers of time-consuming capacity.
Each person spends a minimum of 50% of their day on this deskwork. To free up time and reduce up to 75% of the time
required behind system maintenance, we have purchased the CEBOS QC management software.
Enterprise Quality Management
Currently, we have 5 process engineers in charge of the 3 geographic departments within Saturn (Drilling, Imaging, and Plating). The folks also have the responsibility of maintaining our QC system, which includes documentation, manuals, guidelines, PM schedules, etc.
Time-Saving
We've found that each person spends a minimum of 50% of their day behind this deskwork. To free up time and reduce up to 75% of the time required behind system maintenance, we have purchased the CEBOS QC management software.

This software was a $60,000 investment--to include purchase price and implementation costs--to refocus our engineers'
