Ultra-High Speed HDI Multi-Format AOI Latest Illustration of Saturn’s Commitment to Excellence
Continuing the company’s philosophy of capital accumulation and investment in infrastructure, Saturn Electronics recently installed the first Mania T8T AOI system in North America into their Romulus, Mi. facility.
Saturn’s commitment to efficiency, integrity and quality made appropriating the preeminent Optical Inspection unit an evident verdict.

Mania T8T features include:
- Absolute inspection with Pixel-to-Pixel
- Media Flexibile and Productivity Greater than 350 inspections per hour
- Inspection capability down to 35µ (1.5mil)
- Dual table mode for ergonomic high production
- Locked table mode allowing 48" x 30" Inspection Area
- SVI Technology to verify while inspecting
- DHD and EMV
