Fine Lines and Spacing

While there is no strict IPC definition for what constitutes a fine line, we generally define Fine Lines as boards with 2 through 5 mil line and spacing.

The need to do more in less space drives demand for finer lines, spaces and higher density. Component manufacturers demands for tighter footprints requires tighter circuit designs. Customers include the following industries:

  • Military
  • Telecommunications
  • Industrial Controls
  • Automotive
